The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. the hotel rooms were clean and modern with good amenities, such as USB charging ports, free bottles of water, and a well-functioning shower. the hotel's location was a bit far from public transport and local attractions, making it difficult to get around.
The breakfast selection was limited, with few options beyond bread and eggs.

The room had a nice shower with hot and strong water. the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel was located near tourist attractions and public transportation.
The room was much too small with a tiny toilet and shower area. the hotel was situated next to a noisy freeway which made it difficult to sleep.

We had a great stay with excellent room facilities, friendly staff and helpful service. The Japanese toilet was a unique touch and the double-layered windows made for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel location made it easy to explore the city and the staff gave us great advice on local attractions.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and close proximity to the beautiful West Lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our room was always clean and well-stocked with amenities. The in-room safe, free toiletries, and electric kettle were all great additions to enhance our comfort. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, and we enjoyed watching the flat-screen TV during our downtime. The dining and bar/lounge area provided a great selection of food and drinks, making it convenient for us to grab a bite to eat without having to venture too far from our room. the facilities and staff made our stay here truly enjoyable.

The hotel had a friendly and helpful staff. They had a cute robot that delivered stuff to the rooms. The rooms were very modern and new.
The breakfast offered was mediocre and the heating in the rooms was too hot, so I had to open a window at night. the hotel's location was not within walking distance of the main attractions or public transportation.
